Everything you need to know about your chair hire

We don’t have a minimum quantity, but a minimum hire fee may apply depending on the delivery location. Typically $250.00 + delivery charges.

Standard hire is for up to 3 days (e.g. Friday to Monday). Longer-term hire is available – just let us know what you need.

Changes can be made up to 30 days before your event, subject to availability. All hires must pay 10% non-refundable deposit to hold - then balance 30 days prior to the event.

We service Newcastle, Port Stephens, Maitland, the Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie and surrounding regions.

Standard rates do not include setout - you can add this during the checkout process for $150.00.
