No accounts, no checkout maze. Tell us what you need, we quote the whole job, and your chairs turn up when they should.

Pick your chairs
Browse the range and note what you need - chairs for the ceremony, stools for the bar, lounges for the chill-out zone. Rough numbers are fine; we'll help you land the final count.

Tell us your date & venue
Build your quote online with your event date and venue, or send an enquiry if you'd rather talk it through. Delivery is quoted per kilometre, so the venue address (or even just the suburb) lets us price the whole job.

Get your quote
We confirm availability and send a full quote - hire, delivery and set-out if you want it - usually within one business day. Your quote link lets you accept online.

Secure your date
Accepting your quote holds the date and the 10% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 30 days before your event, and numbers can change up to 7 days out, subject to availability.

We deliver, you celebrate
We deliver the day before and collect the day after. Set-out to your floor plan is available as an add-on. Standard hire is 3 days so your schedule stays relaxed.

Common questions
How long is the hire period?
Standard hire is 3 days - your event day plus a day either side for delivery and collection. Longer hires are no problem; just tell us your dates.
How is delivery priced?
Delivery starts at $100 and is calculated per kilometre from our Newcastle depot to your venue. Put the venue address into the quote builder and you'll see the delivered price straight away; your quote confirms it.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes - orders start at $250 plus delivery.
Do you set out the chairs?
Set-out is available as an add-on from $150. Our crew places each chair to your floor plan. Otherwise we deliver neatly stacked and collect from the same spot.
How do I secure my date?
Accept your quote online to hold the date, then pay the 10% deposit to confirm the booking. The balance is due 30 days before your event. If you book within 14 days of your event, the full amount is due at booking.
Can I change my order?
Tell us up to 7 days before your event and we'll adjust the quote and the invoice. Adding chairs is almost always fine; we hold spare stock for exactly this.
