Hire in five easy steps

No accounts, no checkout maze. Tell us what you need, we quote the whole job, and your chairs turn up when they should.

Pick your chairs
Browse the range and note what you need - chairs for the ceremony, stools for the bar, lounges for the chill-out zone. Rough numbers are fine; we'll help you land the final count.

Tell us your date & venue
Send an enquiry with your event date and venue address. Delivery is quoted per kilometre, so the address (or even just the suburb) lets us price the whole job accurately.

Get your quote
We confirm availability and send a full quote - hire, delivery and optional setup - usually within one business day. Your quote link lets you accept online.

Secure your date
A 10% deposit locks in your chairs. The balance is due 30 days before your event, and you can adjust quantities up to 30 days out, subject to availability.

We deliver, you celebrate
We deliver the day before, collect the day after, and can set every chair in place for you. Standard hire is 3 days so your schedule stays relaxed.

Common questions

How long is the hire period?
Standard hire is 3 days - your event day plus a day either side for delivery and collection. Longer hires are no problem; just tell us your dates.
How is delivery priced?
Delivery starts at $100 and is calculated per kilometre from our Newcastle depot to your venue. When you enquire, include the venue address and your quote will show the exact delivered price.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes - orders start at $250 plus delivery.
Do you set up the chairs?
Setup is available as an add-on from $150. Otherwise we deliver neatly stacked and collect from the same spot.
How do I secure my date?
A 10% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
Can I change my order?
Quantities can be adjusted up to 30 days before your event, subject to availability - handy while RSVPs are still rolling in.
