We spend our weekends driving chairs to the Hunter’s best wedding venues - vineyard lawns in Pokolbin, homestead gardens near Morpeth, headlands above the surf in Newcastle. This is our working guide to the venues couples ask us about most, with the thing every other guide leaves out: what delivery actually costs to each one.
Every figure below is a live estimate from our delivery calculator - road kilometres from our Newcastle depot, not guesswork. Venues marked we’ve delivered here are places our van already knows the way to.

The classic Hunter wedding: ceremony on a vineyard lawn, reception under lights with the Brokenback Range behind you. Most winery venues supply the view and not much else - which is exactly where we come in.

We deliver up to 120 km from Newcastle - that covers the whole Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie and the mid-coast. Delivery is priced per kilometre from our Newcastle (Warabrook) depot, starting at $100. Most Pokolbin winery venues land between $272 and $327, closer estates around Maitland cost less, and Newcastle venues are usually at the $100 minimum. The figures on this page come from our live calculator - you can get an exact quote for your venue in about a minute on our booking page.
Yes - on-site set-out is available as an add-on, and for ceremony rows we strongly recommend it. We work to the venue's bump-in window so your chairs are placed before the stylist and florist arrive.
Our standard hire is 3 days: delivery the day before your wedding and collection the day after, so there are no wedding-day logistics. Venues with tight change-over windows (common in Pokolbin) are something we handle week in, week out.
Clear ghost chairs are the Hunter classic - they disappear into the vineyard view. Bentwoods (in Snow, Rust or Forest) suit homesteads, barns and marquee receptions. Both are $10 per chair for the full event.
