Hunter Chair Hire (“we”, “us”) collects the personal information you provide when you enquire or book with us - typically your name, contact details, event date and venue. We use it to prepare quotes, manage your booking, arrange delivery and send you service communications about your hire.

We don’t sell your information, and we only share it with service providers where necessary to run our business - for example our accounting platform for invoicing, or delivery routing tools for getting chairs to your venue.

We retain booking records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@hunterchairhire.com.au.
